Objective
This Resume presents an outline of the education, experience, and writing of a certified industrial technologist available to evaluate incidents that have caused property damage or personal injury.
Employment
Expert Witness (1984-Present)
Since 1984, I have provided technical investigation services to public institutions, attorneys, insurance companies, schools, and government agencies. In 1989, I began testifying as an expert witness in the field of Safety, Security and Risk Management. I have testified at trial about forty five times and in depositions many times.
Topics include all general industry and OSHA standards , building codes, ANSI and ASTM codes, Government regulations including , slip and fall accidents, machine guarding, forklift accidents, motor vehicle and parking lot accidents, alarms, human factors investigations,
handicapped rights and accessibility, surface testing, and contract compliance.
Beginning in 1989, I provided testimony as an expert witness. I testified in thirteen states, in Federal court, in the administrative courts of various states, in both the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. I provided testimony before committees of OSHA, ASTM, and local school boards.

I have completed more that 1,500 hours in classroom study in safety and public administrative courses including OSHA instructor courses., police science, and private institution courses.
